We have provided the industry with these educational seminars since 2005 and each year, Elite Crete Africa conducts monthly courses to course attendees from countries as far a field as Kuwait, Nigeria, Uganda, Zimbabwe,Swaziland, Botswana, Namibia and ofcourse South Africa. These trainings include topics such as surface preparation, application methods for the various finishes, surface repair, troubleshooting, protective sealers and coatings, marketing and advertising and business development. All this is done with the primary intention of helping contractors make money and maintain a successful business.

How to start a business as an installer of Elite Crete Systems products?
This guide is intended for people with no experience in the decorative concrete overlay industry and are interested in getting started in this profitable industry.
1. Attend a Two-Day Training seminar.
2. Purchase the basic tools and equipment you will need. We will assist you with all your requrements.
3. Return home from training and install an application or two.
4. Begin the basic stages of setting up a business; create a company name, purchase business cards, create an estimate form on your computer. We will provide a template for you.
5. Begin basic advertising. We will direct you on marketing techniques during the Training Seminar.
6. Begin advanced advertising:
• Website. Keep it simple and easy to navigate with lots of pictures.
• Brochures. Elite Crete Africa already did the leg work. Just stamp the back of each one with your information.
• Trade shows. Home and garden shows are best but also consider your community fairs, builder’s expos, chamber of commerce shows, etc.
8. Talk to your Authorized Distributor every day. Let him know what you are doing and what you are lacking. He can help you with all of your questions and answers. - Yes, every day !!!
The goal for our seminar is to get you started by teaching all of the basic aspects of the various finishes, systems & products, effective marketing techniques & business development. In addition, we will discuss product chemical composition and product specification history to ensure your company's understanding, success and longevity.
We have specifically designed our training seminars to be "real world and hands on" instruction so the average person can immediately begin to install beautiful finishes while creating an immediate profit.
