THIN-FINISH™ Pre-Mixed Overlay: (Just add water)
A high strength, cementitious topping material designed for resurfacing, overlaying and texturing concrete floors and surfaces. THIN-FINISH™ is a “just add water” overlay mix for creating Skim Coats, Broom Finishes, Spray Textures & Knockdown Finishes, Island & Slate Trowel Down Finishes, Bond Coats and Vertical Wall Finish & Base Coat. Sold as White, but can be custom coloured with Portion Control Colourants to achieve over 30 colours and can be stained with CHEM-STONE™ Acid Stain, ULTRA-STONE Antiquing Stain, DURA COLOUR COAT™ or DURA ANTIQUE™ sealer for additional highlighting effects.

TEXTURE-PAVE™ Pre-Mixed Overlay: (Just add water)

TEXTURE-PAVE™ is a “just add water” overlay mix for creating Thin Stamped Overlays, Concrete Counter Tops, Patching or Regrading. Sold as White, but can be custom coloured with Portion Control Colourants to achieve over 30 colours and can be stained with CHEM-STONE™ Acid Stain, ULTE-STONE Antiquing Stain, DURA COLOUR COAT™ or DURA ANTIQUE™ sealer for additional highlighting effects.

MICRO-FINISH™ Pre-Mixed Overlay: (Just add water)
A high strength, cementitious material designed for creating an extremely smooth finish to the top of THIN-FINISH™. MICRO-FINISH™ is a “just add water” overlay mix for creating smooth finishes on concrete surfaces, floors and walls. Sold as White, but can be custom coloured with Portion Control Colourants to achieve over 30 colours and can be stained with CHEM-STONE™ Acid Stain, DURA-STONE Antiquing Stain, DURA COLOUR COAT™ or DURA ANTIQUE™ sealer for additional highlighting effects.
Advantages:

· Create a smooth finish like that of a hard troweled surface with very little effort or time.
· Cost is just a fraction of self-leveling type overlays.
· Precisely engineered mix design – contains the exact cement and aggregate size, shape and composition to ensure high performance, ease of use and product consistency.
· Ideal for creating a uniform surface colour when discolouration is present prior to staining.
DURA PRIME
A high solids, concentrated polymer primer designed to not only promote adhesion to all substrates, but will also prevent bleed through of stains and other unwanted variegations shadowing through the overlay surface.
Advantages:
· Promotes adhesion to all surfaces.
· Prevents bleed through of stains, tile lines etc from existing surface.
CSS - Concentrated Sealer Emulsion
A 53% solid, concentrated, clear, methyl-methacrylate based sealer that must be diluted prior to use. Example: 3 parts approved solvent to 1 part CSS Sealer Emulsion for cure & seal applications, 2:1 for sealing thin stamped overlays & stamped concrete applications and 1:1 for sealing splatter textures and flooring. A convenient dilution chart is available to show the various options of dilution.
Advantages:
· Due to the concentration, CSS Sealer Emulsion is the most versatile sealer available in all of the industry.
· Multiple types of solvents may be used to dilute.
DSS - Dura Seal 20 & Dura Seal 30 Sealer Emulsion
A varied solids content, clear, methyl-methacrylate based sealer with excellent UV protection. A methyl-methacrylate based sealer will have a much higher performance with the same solids content, compared to solvent acrylic sealers. DURA SEAL 20 for sealing thin stamped overlays & stamped concrete applications and DURA SEAL 30 for sealing spray textures and concrete flooring.
Advantages:
· Due to the methyl-methacrylate base, DSS will out-perform comparable sealers in the industry.
WCS Emulsion
Waterborne Concrete Sealer. A 32% solids, concentrated, acrylic clear sealer that may be used full strength or diluted prior to use. For use on THIN-FINISH, TEXTURE-PAVE and MICRO-FINISH>
ULTRA-STONE™ Antiquing Stain – Neutral Base
A safe, easy to use, penetrating concentrated stain designed for colouring and highlighting textured cementitious surfaces. The colouring effect is not that of an opaque paint, but rather an “antiquing, natural and translucent" variable colouring. User must dilute and colour the stain before use. Can be effectively custom pigmented with Portion Control Colourant™ for a wide array of colours.
Advantages:
· Concentrated to decrease cost. Sold as a neutral base with easy to read colouring instructions to obtain 30 different colours. Must be diluted prior to use.
CHEM-STONE™ Acid Stain
A permanent stain that reacts chemically with concrete and ELITE CRETE polymer concrete overlays to add an antique colouring effect. User can dilute the stain before use. Sold in 8 standard colours. Burnt Red, Gold, Brown, Antique Tan, Umber, Blue, Black and Green.
Advantages:
· Creates natural looking colour variations that are unique.
· Will not peel, chip or flake off.
Portion Control Colourant
A ready to use, liquid colourant designed for pigmenting TEXTURE-PAVE™, THIN-FINISH™ and MICRO-FINISH™ Pre-Mixed Overlays as well as ULTRA-STONE™ Antiquing Stain - Neutral. Portion Control Colourant consists of 30 colours, which easily & consistantly colours each bag of pre-mixed overlay material precisely the same colour every time.

· No need for mixing and matching various colours.
· Consistent & Error Proof .
· Versatile – Uses are for ELITE CRETE pre-mixed overlays and ULTRA STONE stain.
CLEAN-PRINT™ Liquid Release Agent
An alternative to powdered release agents eliminating the mess and difficulty of use. Designed for ease of release of concrete and cement overlays from stamps and forms. 100% evaporating formula which leaves a very crisp impression.
Advantages:
· Virtually no mess when compared to powered release agents.
· Decreases down time – The surface can be coloured simply once evaporated, which is normally less than 4 to 6 hours.
D1 Clear Epoxy Coating ( coming soon )
A clear epoxy to be used as either a primer coat or a top coat for commercial and industrial surfaces. Cures to 40°F. Tack free in 6-8 hours. Does not amber with film build. Coverage of 4m² to 5.5m² per liter. 100% VOC Free.
Advantages:
· No need for a primer to achieve optimum bond.
· Unlike other “clear” epoxies, D1 is a true “water clear” finish and will not amber the substrate colour when used indoors.
D4 Coloured Epoxy Coating (coming soon)
A coloured epoxy to be used as either a primer coat or a top coat for commercial and industrial surfaces. Cures to 40°F. Tack free in 6-8 hours. Available in 12 different colors. Coverage of 4m² to 5.5m² per liter. 100% VOC Free. Available in 10 colors; Light Grey, Concrete Grey, Medium Grey, Dark Grey, Tan, Beige, Brown, Blue, Brick Red & Green.

DURATHANE AUS-G: Aliphatic Urethane Sealer – GLOSS
A 50% solid, clear, single component, urethane sealer. Gloss finish. Extremely high abrasion resistance and chemical resistance.

· Single component means there is no need for messy mixing and measuring of two components.
· Extremely high abrasion resistance compared to other sealers.
DURATHANE AUS-S: Aliphatic Urethane Sealer - SATIN
A 50% solid, clear, single component, urethane sealer. Satin finish.

· Extremely high abrasion resistance compared to other sealers.
Epoxy Crack Filler
An epoxy to be used for crack filling repair. Can be loaded with silica sand for thickening. Tack free in 2-3 hours. 100% VOC Free.
WATER BASED WB Epoxy / Primer (coming soon)
A 55% solids, water based epoxy to be used as a top coat epoxy or as a primer on concrete surfaces that may have adhesion problems such as ceramic tile, paint. vct & glue, after the correct preparation has been completed.

Powdered Accelerator ( coming soon )
A compatible, powdered accelerator for cementitious mixes. Does not contain calcium chloride which will cause alkali and efflorescence problems on polymer modified cement.
SYPP: Primary Pigment
An extremely concentrated synthetic (non-oxide based) pigment for colouring polymer modified overlay materials and neutral base stains.
Available in Red, Blue, Black, Yellow, White & Green
CPR Polymer Emulsion
A hybrid (multiple resin blend), 57% solid, concentrated cement polymer modifier that provides much improved performance characteristics and versatility over ordinary modifiers or polymers.
Advantages:
· Extreme versatility compared to any other polymer modifiers.
· Packaged as a concentrate and therefore must be diluted prior to use.
